{Sweet & Fit Holiday Challenge}

It's the holidays... Can you believe it?! I can't. But I will admit, I am so very excited for the holidays this year because it's our little dudes first Christmas. Plus, who doesn't love all the yummy food and drinks for this time of year. There are just way too many delicious treats!!! 


So that is why I decided to do a "Sweet & Fit Holiday Challenge". I will be posting daily workouts and nutrition tips to help you out along the way, but it is up to you if you work hard, show discipline, and of course have fun with it. 

The challenge starts this Monday, December 9. 2013 and goes until Sunday, January 12. 2014. This is the first of many challenges and I cannot wait to start it. 
I will be joining in on this challenge as well. So just like you, I will do a beginning weigh in, and before and after pictures to show you that I actually put in the work that I am handing out. 
Prizes will be awarded to those who show the most progress and change both on the scale and off.

Holiday Challenge 
Instructions/Rules:
You must send me three before pictures: One of you from the side (preferably with something tight so I can see your figure) One from a front view, showing your stomach or not. Whatever you feel comfortable showing me. And, one of you on the scale with your current weight. You need to send me your pictures to my email along with your health and fitness goals. Be specific. What do you want your body to look like? What do you want to feel like? Do you have a specific reason you are doing this challenge? etc.. Email Pictures to: whitney.berge@gmail.com

-You can invite friends and family to join to make the challenge more fun. Men and Women are invited to join. I am aiming for ages 15-99. Once again, the more people who join, the more winners.  

-Follow the blog if you are a blogger user.

-If you are interested in being a spotlight on the blog challenge, keep a little journal on what you did to help you get to your goal; your food and eating habits, workout schedule, pictures, motivations, hard days, etc..

-Follow @whitberge and @thesweetandfitlife on Instagram


-Check the blog, www.sweetandfitlife.blogspot.com daily for the workouts, nutrition, products and more for the challenge.

-To be eligible to win the prizes at the end you must be willing to take 3 more pictures and submit them the night of Sunday January 12. 2014. The pictures are the same ones you took at the first. A Side view, A front view and a picture of you on the scale showing the number. 

I honestly CANNOT wait for this challenge to start. I will be working my butt off, so I hope you guys do the same. This is the hardest time of the year to lose weight, because you are dressing warmly which means layers, layers and more layers. And the majority of us liv in the cold, so we will not be getting in swim suits anytime soon. But if you can lose weight and tone up now, it shows you are one very strong, disciplined, and determined person. I know you all are, so show me just how strong you are!

Be ready for Monday. It all starts then. So remember to send me your pictures and goals before then and we will get going. I cannot wait to see the end results. I hope you all are as excited as I am. (who knows, I might actually be able to get my husband to join in on the fun!)
