Amazing ABS!

So, as many of you know, I LOVE ab workouts; Love doing them and writing them. And for a good reason. The Ab muscles are the main muscles of your "CORE". Your core muscles help you do EVERYTHING. So if you strengthen your abs, your strengthening your core and therefore becoming stronger and better everywhere. Plus, when abs are toned, lean and sculpted, they look GOOD!
So that is why I decided to give you a workout for just ABS!

{Amazing AB Workout}

100 Crunches
(hands behind head, elbows out and chin up towards ceiling)

1 Minute plank
(do NOT let your bum sink)

50 Bicycles
(go all out, hands behind head, legs alternating fast)

25 Reverse crunches
(straight legs in air, back on ground, lift bum off ground)

100 Russian twists
(sit at an angle, twist runner arms from side to side)

25 Full roll ups (center)
(full, slow sit up)

25 Roll ups to left
(full, slow sit up towards left)

25 Roll ups to right
(full, slow sit up towards right)

25 Toe touches
(lay on floor, legs up, lift whole upper body to try and touch toes with finger tips)

50 Crunches
(hands behind head, elbows out, chin up towards ceiling)

50 Plank twists
(normal plank position, swinging hips from side to side)

50 Mtn climbers
(plank position, bringing alternating knees into chest, in a running motion)

***Rest for 5 minutes after doing the full cycle. Repeat 1 more time. It should burn pretty good the second time around. But believe me, you will be happy you did it ***

Now, I do have to admit, some ab workouts are still a little hard for me, my stomach muscles are just barely starting to make their appearance again and still trying to go back into place. So once other moves and exercises become a little more comfortable, I will post more advanced workouts and more tutorials as the time goes on.
